摘　　要：目的探讨手术室护士组织支持感、职业使命感及工作旺盛感的现状,并分析职业使命感在其组织支持感与工作旺盛感间的中介效应。方法采用一般资料调查表、组织支持感量表、职业使命感量表、工作旺盛感量表对175名手术室护士进行调查。结果手术室护士组织支持感得分为(44.76±6.87)分、职业使命感得分为(42.67±7.25)分、工作旺盛感得分为(33.28±5.42)分;组织支持感、职业使命感与工作旺盛感呈两两正相关(r 1=0.924,r 2=0.876,r 3=0.897;P<0.05);职业使命感在组织支持感与工作旺盛感之间发挥部分中介效应,占总效应的33.55%。结论手术室护士工作旺盛感处于中等水平,职业使命感是其组织支持感与工作旺盛感间的中介变量,护理管理者应重视对护士的组织支持来提高其使命感,并营造良好的工作氛围,以增强工作旺盛感。Objective To explore the current situation of organizational support,professional mission and thriving at work of nurses in operating room,and to analyze the mediating effect of professional mission between organizational support and thriving at work.Methods A total of 175 operating room nurses were investigated by General Information Questionnaire,Perceived Organizational Support Scale,Chinese Calling Scale and Thriving at Work Scale.Results The scores of organizational support,professional mission and thriving at work of operating room nurses were(44.76±6.87),(42.67±7.25)and(33.28±5.42),respectively.There was a pairwise positive correlation among organizational support,professional mission and thriving at work(r 1=0.924,r 2=0.876,r 3=0.897,P<0.05).Professional mission played a partial mediating effect between organizational support and thriving at work,accounting for 33.55%of the total effect.Conclusion The thriving at work of operating room nurses is at a medium level,and the professional mission is the mediating variable between the organizational support and thriving at work.Nursing managers should pay attention to the organizational support for nurses to improve their professional mission and create a good working environment atmosphere to enhance the thriving at work.
