摘 要:目的构建呼吸治疗专科护士核心能力评价指标体系,为其培养、管理与考核提供参考依据。方法参考专业相关高等教育教学大纲要求,结合教材、专家共识与指南、团体标准、文献等资料,通过半结构式访谈、跟岗观察、小组讨论,初步拟定呼吸治疗专科护士核心能力评价指标体系框架并编制专家函询问卷,运用Delphi法对全国10个省市的11所三级甲等综合医院的15名专家进行两轮函询。结果两轮专家函询表有效回收率均为100%,专家的权威系数分别为0.947和0.957。第2轮专家函询指标体系中,一级、二级、三级指标的肯德尔协调系数分别为0.539、0.443、0.216(均P<0.001)。最终构建的呼吸治疗专科护士核心能力评价指标体系包括一级指标4个、二级指标10个、三级指标49个。结论构建的呼吸治疗专科护士核心能力评价指标体系具有实用性和科学性,可为我国未来呼吸治疗专科护士培训方案及考核标准提供参考依据。Objective To establish a core competence evaluation index system for respiratory therapist nurses and provide reference for their training,management and assessment.Methods By referring to the requirements of the relevant higher education syllabus on the major,combining teaching materials,expert consensus and guidelines,group standards,literature and other materials,through semi-structured interviews,on-the-job observation and group discussion,the core competence evaluation index system framework of respiratory therapist nurses was preliminary developed and the expert letter questionnaire was prepared.The Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of correspondence consultation with 15 experts from 11 Grade A general hospitals in China.Results The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of expert letter inquiry forms were 100%,and the authority coefficients of the experts were 0.947 and 0.957 respectively.In the index system of the second round of expert correspondence consultation,the Kendall coordination coefficients of primary,secondary and tertiary indexes were 0.539,0.443 and 0.216 respectively(all P<0.001).Finally,the evaluation index system of respiratory therapist nurses'core competence included 4 first-level indexes,10 second-level indexes and 49 third-level indexes.Conclusion The core competence evaluation index system for specialized respiratory therapy nurses,which has been constructed,is practical and scientific.It can provide a reference basis for the training programs and assessment standards for specialized respiratory therapist nurses in China in the future.
