历史遗产营造技艺及价值的实践与思考——以上海市苏河湾慎余里修复与更新项目为例

摘　　要：2011年,石库门里弄建筑营造技艺列入第三批国家非物质文化遗产名录。上海苏河湾慎余里作为上海近代苏州河沿岸高级里弄,承载了丰富的历史记忆和人文情怀。本次修复过程中,设计团队通过对原材料的研读、构造的技术创新及历史文化的传播,让建造过程中展现的营造技艺成为遗产保护行为的一部分,诠释了遗产价值的多样性;同时,设计团队在建筑群修复与环境营造中,探讨了如何通过创造有意义的活化利用空间,寻求保护与利用的互补与平衡,为城市更新中的文化传承与创新探索提供新的视角。In 2011,the construction techniques of Shikumen were included in the third batch of National Intangible Cultural Heritage List.Suhewan Shenyuli in Shanghai,as a high-end alleyway along the Suzhou River in modern Shanghai,carries rich historical memories and humanistic sentiments.In this restoration process,the design team has incorporated the construction techniques demonstrated during the construction process into heritage conservation behavior through the study of raw materials,technological innovation in construction,and dissemination of historical and cultural heritage,interpreting the diversity of heritage values.At the same time,the design team explored how to create meaningful revitalization and utilization spaces in the restoration of architectural complexes and environmental creation,seeking complementarity and balance between protection and utilization,and providing new perspectives for cultural inheritance and innovation exploration in urban renewal.
