新域力量质量管理的底层逻辑关系初探

摘　　要：运用矛盾论、因果论等哲学理论方法,契合新域力量敏捷开发、高速迭代、趋势为本、柔性生成等特点规律,本文提出了以“质量改进”代替“质量保证”要求,在“固有特性满足要求”基础上,“持续满足顾客和作战使用要求”更高更柔的质量标准和定义。从新域质量特性分析入手,结合CISDO五大要素,即文化(Culture)、创新(Innovate)、系统(System)、数据(Data)、开放(Open)和“PDCA+COAI”双(多)循环过程方法,勾画新域质量的基本逻辑关系图谱,为创新建设夯实新域力量质量管理的任务书和路线图。Using philosophical theories and methods such as the theory of contradiction and the theory of causation,in line with the characteristics of agile development,high-speed iteration,trend-based,flexible generation of new domain forces,this paper proposes a higher and more flexible quality standard and definition of replacing"quality assurance"with"quality improvement"and"continuously satisfying customer and operational requirements"on the basis of"inherent characteristics meet the requirements".Starting with the analysis of the quality characteristics of the new domain,and combining the five elements of CisDO,namely Culture,Innovate,System,Data,Open and"PDCA+COAl"double(multiple)cycle process method,the basic logical relationship diagram of the quality of the new domain was sketched.It has consolidated the task book and roadmap of quality management of the new domain force for innovation and construction.
