摘　　要：高校机关作为管理中枢和服务窗口,其作风好坏直接关系师生利益,影响事业发展。党的十八大以来,随着全面从严治党不断向纵深发展,高校政治生态总体较好,但在高校机关中依然还存在着官僚主义、形式主义等作风问题。加强高校机关作风建设是实现高质量发展的保障。通过对调查问卷进行分析,指出了作风建设问题的原因,从坚定理想信念、扎紧制度笼子、完善监督体系、提高业务能力等四个方面提出了全面从严治党新形势下高校机关作风建设长效机制的构建路径。As the management center and service window,the work style of university offices is directly related to the interests of teachers and students and affects the development of their undertakings.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,with the comprehensive and strict management of the Party,the political ecology of universities is generally good,but there are still problems of bureaucracy and formalism in university offices.Strengthening the construction of work style in university offices will guarantee high quality development.By analyzing the questionnaire,and pointing out the reasons for the problems,we offer the path to build a long-term mechanism of the construction of work style in university offices from four aspects:standing firm in support of ideals and beliefs,tightening the institutional cage,perfecting the supervision system and improving operational capacity.
