高职思政教育生态承载力研究——基于DPSIR理论视角

摘　　要：根据DPSIR模型分析,高职思政教育生态承载力提升面临思政课师资数量与质量改善、思政教育与专业教育有机融合、文化培育体系建设等方面的压力,由此产生了思政课师资素养、队伍结构、师生互动待优化,思政教育与专业教育有效结合度待提升,对学生文化自信培育体系建设待加强的状态,导致了思政课教学整体质量难以保障、应用效果欠佳、引导功能发挥不充沛等问题。高职院校据此采取强化思政课教师人才队伍建设、促进思政教育与专业教育的包容性发展、培育文化生态功能等措施。为进一步提升高职思政教育生态承载力,高职院校应在思政课教师队伍可持续建设、思政课教学生态体系完善、文化生态涵养的建设上进行改进。According to the DPSIR model analysis,the improvement of ecological carrying capacity of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges is facing the pressure of improving the quantity and quality of ideological and political teachers,the organic integration of ideological and political education and professional education,and the construction of cultural cultivation system.As a result,the quality of ideological and political teachers,the structure of the team,and the interaction between teachers and students need to be optimized.The effective combination of ideological and political education with professional education needs to be improved,and the construction of students’cultural self-confidence cultivation system needs to be strengthened.This has resulted in problems such as difficulty in ensuring the overall quality of ideological and political course teaching,poor application effects,and insufficient guidance functions.Vocational colleges have taken corresponding measures to strengthen the construction of the talent team for ideological and political course teachers,promote inclusive development with professional education,and cultivate cultural ecological functions.To further enhance the ecological carrying capacity of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges,improvements should be made in the sustainable construction of the ideological and political course teacher team,the improvement of the ideological and political course teaching ecological system,and the cultivation of cultural ecology.
