高职在校生就业预测及干预研究——以某高职院校计算机类专业为例

摘　　要：通过对某高职院校计算机相关专业近3年毕业生在校的1420条学业成绩数据进行研究,根据人才培养方案的学分及课程类别进行数据特征处理,结合学生的就业情况构建学业就业数据集。采用随机森林算法构建就业预测模型,并进行就业能力干预实验,结果表明可以有效降低学生的未就业率,提升就业竞争力。Taking the academic performance data of 1,420 graduates majoring in computer-related programs in the past three years in a certain vocational college as research subjects,this research processes the data according to the credit requirements and course categories outlined in the talent cultivation plan,constructs an academic-employment dataset based on students’employment situation,and develops an employment prediction by applying a random forest algorithm.An intervention experiment to text students’employment competency has been conducted.The results show a decrease in the unemployment rate and a promotion in employment competitiveness.
