摘　　要：以太原市部分高校旅游管理专业学生为例,通过问卷调查了解新形势下毕业生就业和社会适应性等现实情况,通过研究分析,得出相关结论,并在此基础上采用SWOT分析法对旅游管理专业学生就业情况进行深入探究,提出相关建议,以更好地应对现实问题,促进旅游管理专业学生更好地实现就业。Taking students majoring in tourism management in some colleges and universities in Taiyuan as an example,this paper investigates the current situation of graduates’employment and social adaptability under the new situation through questionnaires,and relevant conclusions are drawn through research and analysis.On this basis,the SWOT analysis method is adopted to conduct an in-depth study on the employment situation of students majoring in tourism management,and relevant suggestions are put forward to better deal with practical problems and promote the better employment of students majoring in tourism management .
