摘　　要：To the Editor:The abdominal surgical procedures are linked to a high incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications(PPCs)and may be mitigated by administration of lung-protective mechanical ventilation during anesthesia.[1,2]To date,no relevant studies have focused on protective lung ventilation strategies specifically for laparoscopic colorectal cancer(CRC).Herein,we propose an innovative easy-to-use lung-protective strategy with lower tidal volume(VT),pneumoperitoneum pressure(PnP)and deep neuromuscular blockade(NMB)and assess whether it is superior to conventional lung protection strategies in reducing PPCs.
