摘　　要：For patients with locally advanced gastric cancer(LAGC),the effectiveness of perioperative chemotherapy can be significantly improved by adding programmed cell death protein 1(PD-1)inhibitors during the neoadjuvant phase.However,a substantial percentage of patients with a programmed death-ligand 1 combined positive score(PD-L1 CPS)<1 or microsatellite stable(MSS)status may still not experience benefits.
