摘 要:为了解决组合刀具切桩掘削相互作用机理及关键参数设置等难题,采用Ansys-Lsdyna有限元计算软件模拟了组合刀具-桩基-地层动态切削仿真模型,研究分析了盾构组合刀具切削桩基的相互作用机理。特别的,在切削桩基的过程中,分析了滚刀间距、刀圈贯入度、刀盘转速和桩基相对刀盘的位置等关键参数的敏感性,得到了合理的组合刀具切桩掘削技术的关键参数设置方法。结果表明:对于组合刀具来说,切刀在切桩过程中具有较大的影响,滚刀间距与切刀荷载的主要来源有关,减少贯入度可以在保证滚刀充分发挥的同时保护切刀,当高度差设置合理时,可以达到较好的地层切削效果。In order to solve the problems of the interaction mechanism and key parameter settings of the combination tools for pile cutting and excavation,this paper uses ANSYS LSDYNA finite element calculation sofware to establish a dynamic cutting simulation model of the combination tools-pile foundation-strata,and studies and analyzes the interaction mechanism of the hob-scraper combination cutting pile foundation.Specifically,sensitivity analysis was conducted on key parameters such as the distance between hobs,the penetration,the rotational speed of the cutterhead,and the position of the pile foundation relative to the cutterhead during the process of cutting pile foundations.A reasonable method for setting the key parameters of the combination tool pile cutting and excavation technology was obtained.The results show that for combination cutting tools,the cutting tool has a significant impact on the pile cutting process,and the distance between the hobs is related to the main source of the cutting tool load.Reducing penetration can ensure the full play of the hobs while protecting the cutting tool.When the height difference is set reasonably,better geological cutting effects can be achieved.
