摘  要:高分子水凝胶是一种以三维网状高分子为骨架、以水为介质的新型功能高分子软物质材料,研究者一直在寻求简单的溶胶-凝胶制备策略,以提高水凝胶的力学性能。设计开发了“以明胶水凝胶在FeCl_(3)和(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4)溶液中连续浸泡制备高力学强度明胶水凝胶及力学性能测试”的综合实验。该实验将高分子化学、高分子物理、材料力学课程中的基础理论知识、实验技能与材料学学科的学术研究相结合,综合高分子材料制备与高分子材料力学性能表征方法,有助于锻炼学生的科学性思维,提高学生分析与解决问题的能力。Polymer hydrogel is a new kind of functional polymer soft material with three-di-mensional network polymer as the skeleton and water as the medium.Researchers have been loo-king for a simple sol-gel preparation strategy to improve the mechanical properties of hydrogel.In this paper,we designed and developed a comprehensive experiment of"continuous immersion of gelatin hydrogel in FeCl_(3)and(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4) solutions to prepare high mechanical strength gelatin hydrogel and mechanical properties test".This experiment combines the basic theoretical knowl-edge and experimental skills from the courses of polymer chemistry,polymer physics,and ma-terials mechanics with academic research in the field of materials science.It integrates the meth-ods of polymer material preparation and mechanical properties characterization of polymer materi-als,which helps to exercise students'scientific thinking and improve their ability to analyze and solve problems.
