摘　　要：回溯千年,宋代文豪苏轼曾以“此心安处是吾乡”深刻诠释了“心安”与“故乡”之间的情感纽带,“令人心安”成为一座城最安稳踏实的底色。千年后的今天,滨州首创性提出建设“心安城市”,致力于打造人民群众心灵深处的温馨港湾和精神家园。在2024年全国社会工作创新发展大会及“心安城市”建设交流会上,一条独具特色的“中国之治”滨州路径得以全面展示。“心安城市”牵动着百姓生活,关系到人民群众的幸福指数,是一项系统的民生工程。滨州是如何为建设“心安城市”蹚路,开启居民幸福新生活的呢?A millennium ago,Su Shi,a literary giant of Song,deeply interpreted the emotional bond between“peace of mind”and“home”with the verse:“Home is where I gain peace of mind.”Then,“bringing peace of mind”has become the most stable and dependable basic trait of a city.Today,a millennium later,Binzhou is innovatively building itself into a“Peaceful City”,with the aim of building a warm harbor and a spiritual home in the depths of the people’s mind.
