摘 要:目的 探索成果导向教育(OBE)-小规模限制性在线课程(SPOC)模式在推拿治疗学中的应用效果。方法 将2019级针灸推拿学专业大四1~4班学生200名作为研究对象,以班为整体采用数字随机表法分组,其中2019级1、4班为对照组(100名),采用传统讲授式教学法授课;2019级2、3班为试验组(100名),采用OBE-SPOC模式授课。教学结束后,比较两组学生考核成绩及教学满意度,进行分析研究。结果 试验组理论考试、实践操作、临床模拟成绩及总成绩均优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组在启发临床思维、师生良性互动、专业自信及自学能力方面的满意度亦优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 OBESPOC教学法可显著提升推拿治疗学的教学效果,符合当今教育改革趋势,有利于进一步提升学生的自学能力、临床思维和手法应用能力,增强其专业自信,从而有效提升教学质量。Objective To explore the application effect of OBE-SPOC model in the teaching of Massage Therapeutics.Methods A to-tal of 200 senior students of acupuncture and massage major(Class 1-4,Grade 2019)were selected as the research objects.The whole class was selected by numerical randomization,among which Class 1 and Class 4 of Grade 2019 were the control group(n=100),and the traditional teaching method was adopted to teach.Class 2 and Class 3 of Grade 2019 were the experimental group(n=100),taught by OBE-SPOC mode.After the teaching,the assessment results and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared,and the re-search results were analyzed.Results The scores of theory examination,practice operation,clinical simulation and total scores of ex-perimental group were better than those of control group(P<0.05).The experimental group was also better than the control group in in-spiring clinical thinking,positive interaction between teachers and students,professional confidence and self-learning ability(P<0.05).Conclusion Using OBE-SPOC teaching method can significantly improve the teaching effect of Massage Therapeutics,which is in line with the current educational reform trend,and is conducive to further improving students’clinical thinking ability and tech-nique application ability,enhancing professional confidence,so as to effectively improve the teaching quality.
