绿色投资者与企业“多言寡行”环境责任表现:监督还是合谋

摘　　要：绿色投资者作为资本市场的重要力量,在企业环境治理方面的作用备受关注。基于我国A股上市公司的微观数据,考察绿色投资者对企业“多言寡行”环境责任表现的影响机制。研究发现,绿色投资者会强化企业“多言寡行”环境责任表现。机制检验表明,声誉维护和资源获取是绿色投资者强化企业“多言寡行”环境责任表现的内在机制。进一步分析发现,严苛的地区环境规制与环保背景高管任职有助于弱化绿色投资者与企业“多言寡行”环境责任表现的正向关联。研究结论拓展了绿色投资者经济后果的相关理论范畴,为加强绿色投资者环境治理效能、对企业策略性环境责任表现的治理提供了重要启示。As an important forcc in the capital markct,green investors'role in corporatec cnvironmental governancc has atractcrd much attcntion.Based on the micro data of China's A-sharc listed companics,this paper cxamincs the impact mcchanism of green investors on the cnterprises'cnvironmental responsihility performanec of"morc words than deeds".The study finds that green investors have strcngthencd the cnvironmental rcsponsibility pcrformancc of cntcrpriscs.The mcchanism test shows that rcputation maintenancc and resourcc acquisition are the internal mcchanism for grecn investors to strcngthen the performancc of cntcrpriscs'cnvironmental rcsponsihility.Further analysis finds that the strict regional cnvironmental rcgulations and the appointment of senior cxccutives with cnvironmental protection background help to weakcn the positive corrclation betwcen grcen invcstors and the performancc of corporate cnvironmental responsibility.The rescarch conclusion cxpands the rclevant thcorctical scope of the cconomic:conscqucnccs of green investors,and provides important cnlightenment for strengthening the cenvironmental governancc efficicncy of green investors and the governancc of corporate strategic:cnvironmental responsibility performancc.
