摘 要:近年来在线教育飞速发展,慕课(MOOC)已使传统教育产生深刻变革。为推进高校在计算机公共课程教学上的多元化,促使混合式教育良性发展,文章采用文本挖掘技术,选取中国大学MOOC平台上数门计算机公共课程,对其课程评价进行词云图绘制、SnowNLP情感分析以及LDA主题建模,探究学习者对课程的情感倾向与高关注度话题。结果表明,大部分学习者对课程持正向积极态度,且关注点主要集中在教师授课、课程内容和学习感受三个主题。基于此,文章提出推荐高校使用MOOC教学以及相应的课程优化建议。In recent years,with the rapid development of online education,MOOCs have led to profound changes in traditional education.In order to promote the diversification of public computer course teaching in colleges and universities,and to promote the benign development of blended education,this paper adopts text mining technology to select several computer public courses on the MOOC platform of Chinese universities,and conducts word cloud mapping,SnowNLP sentiment analysis,and LDA topic modeling on their course evaluation,to explore the learners'affective tendency towards the courses and the topics of high concern.The results show that most learners have positive attitude towards the course,and their concerns are mainly focused on the teacher's teaching,the course content and the learning experience.Based on this,this paper proposes to recommend the use of MOOC teaching and corresponding curriculum optimization suggestions.
