摘　　要：伴随我国轨道交通事业的蓬勃兴起,对轨道交通领域专业人才的需求呈现出显著增长态势。作为轨道交通专业教育体系的基石,《轨道交通概论》课程不仅承载着传授专业知识与技能的使命,更肩负着塑造学生思想政治素养的重任。本文深入探究了思政元素在《轨道交通概论》课程中的实践路径与应用策略,系统性地分析了思政元素融入的必要性及可行性,并依据实际教学经验,提出了一系列切实可行的融入策略与方法,力图通过细致挖掘课程内在的思政价值,实现思政教育与专业知识的无缝对接,从而培育学生的职业道德、社会责任感及创新思维,全面提升其综合素养。With the vigorous rise of China's rail transit industry,the demand for professionals in the field of rail transit has shown a significant growth trend.As the cornerstone of the professional education system of rail transit,the course"Introduction to Rail Transit"not only carries the mission of imparting professional knowledge and skills,but also shoulders the important task of shaping students'ideological and political literacy.This paper deeply explores the practical path and application strategies of ideological and political elements in the course of"Introduction to Rail Transit",systematically analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the integration of ideological and political elements,and puts forward a series of practical integration strategies and methods based on practical teaching experience,in an attempt to realize the seamless connection between ideological and political education and professional knowledge by carefully exploring the intrinsic ideological and political value of the course,so as to cultivate students'professional ethics,social responsibility and innovative thinking,and comprehensively improve their comprehensive literacy.
