摘  要:油泥模型是汽车造型设计研发阶段中的重要组成部分,在造型正向开发过程中,需要数控加工的工艺将造型A面数据呈现在油泥模型表面,用于实体模型直观评审。模型表面加工的质量会影响后续的工艺,比如去刀路清面,喷漆等工艺,进而影响最终的展示效果甚至评审结果。使用六西格玛改进的DMAIC方法,可以科学地确定加工表面质量的目标值,识别出关键影响因素,分析根本原因,制定措施提升表面质量,目前已经在多个项目中实施和验证,效果超出预期值。Clay model is an important part of the R&D stage of automobile styling design,and in the process of positive styling development,the process of CNC machining is required to present the data of the A-plane of the clay model on the surface of the clay model for the visual review of the solid model.The quality of the surface processing of the model will affect the subsequent processes,such as the removal of the toolpath and painting,which in turn will affect the final display effect and even the review results.Using Six Sigma's improved DMAIC method,the target value of the machined surface quality can be scientifically determined,the key influencing factors can be identified,the root cause can be analyzed,and measures to improve the surface quality can be formulated.At present,it has been implemented and verified in several projects,and the results have exceeded expectations.
