摘　　要：变化点管理发源于日本,在质量管理理论中贡献在改变了问题发生后如何处置的问题解决法,倡导必须前向预防控制,将潜在的问题及风险可视化呈现,促使质量管理发现并不失时机地解决尚未露头的潜在问题,从而预防质量问题的发生,取得良好的经济效益。正确实施变化点管理可以在早期发现问题的隐患,实施早期的控制和及早的事后确认,属于主动预防性控制手段。非典型的变化点隐藏风险深,部分甚至没有典型或突出的变化点,更容易引起质量管理的麻痹。如何识别企业非典型变化点,从质量管理的策划入手,辅以风险分析工具,加以科学风险评估和验证,并形成专门的管理流程,保持变化点引起的风险在受控状态。Change point management originated in Japan,and contributed to the quality management theory to change the problem-solving method of how to deal with problems after they occur,advocating the need for forward prevention and control,the potential problems and risks are visualized.And the quality management is to find and lose no time to solve the potential problems that have not yet emerged,so as to prevent the occurrence of quality problems and achieve good economic benefits.Correct implementation of change point management can detect hidden dangers of problems at an early stage,implement early control and early post-event confirmation,which is a proactive and preventive control method.Atypical change points hide deep risks,and some even have no typical or prominent change points,which is more likely to cause paralysis of quality management.How to identify the atypical change points of the enterprise,starting from the planning of quality management,supplemented by risk analysis tools,scientific risk assessment and verification,and the formation of a special management process to control the risks caused by the change points under control.
