摘 要:选取非共沸混合制冷剂R41/R1234yf为工质,通过数值模拟法研究可调式喷射器在不同调节锥直径比时,操作参数对可调式喷射器性能的影响情况。结果表明,当其他运行参数不变时,锥直径比越小,喷射器临界背压越大。锥直径比为0%时,临界背压为0.30 MPa,锥直径比为27%时,临界背压为0.28 MPa。随工作流体压力增加,喷射系数呈先增大后减小的趋势,存在最佳工作流体压力。可调式喷射器在变工况工作时,可以通过轴向移动调节锥改变喷嘴截面积,使喷射器可以在更宽的工作参数范围内工作。In this paper,the non azeotropic mixed refrigerant R41/R1234yf is selected as the work material.By means of numerical simulation,the influence of operating parameters on the performance is investigated at different adjustable cone diameter ratios.The simulation results show that when other operating parameters are unchanged,the smaller the cone diameter ratio is,the larger the critical back pressure of the ejector is.The critical back pressure is 0.30 MPa for a cone diameter ratio of 0%and 0.28 MPa for a cone diameter ratio of 27%.With the increase of working fluid pressure,the entrainment ratio shows a trend of increasing and then decreasing,and there is an optimal working fluid pressure.Adjustable ejector in the variable operating conditions,can be moved axially through the adjusting cone to change the nozzle cross-sectional area,so that the ejector can work in a wider range of operating parameters.
