Vitapex糊剂联合一次性根管治疗术对急性牙髓炎患者近、远期疗效及咀嚼功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨维他派克斯(Vitapex)糊剂联合一次性根管治疗术对急性牙髓炎患者的影响。方法选取2022年8月—2023年6月无锡市惠山区人民医院收治的88例急性牙髓炎患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各44例。对照组采用一次性根管治疗术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用Vitapex糊剂治疗。对比两组的近期疗效、远期疗效、咀嚼功能、疼痛程度。结果观察组近期治疗总有效率为95.45%,高于对照组的79.55%,远期治疗总有效率为97.73%,高于对照组的81.82%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗7 d后,两组出血指数及牙龈指数分值均较治疗前降低,且观察组均低于对照组,两组牙齿咬合力均较治疗前增大,且观察组大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组疼痛视觉模拟评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Vitapex糊剂联合一次性根管治疗术能有效提升急性牙髓炎患者近期疗效及远期疗效,改善患者咀嚼功能,减轻其疼痛。Objective To investigate the effect of Vitapex paste combined with one-time root canal therapy on patients with acute pulpitis.Methods A total of 88 patients with acute pulpitis admitted to Huishan District People's Hospital of Wuxi City from August 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with one-time root canal therapy,and the observation group was treated with Vitapex paste based on the control group.The short-term curative effect,long-term curative effect,masticatory function and pain degree of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of short-term treatment in observation group was 95.45%,which was higher than 79.55%of control group,and the total effective rate of long-term treatment was 97.73%,which was higher than 81.82%of control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the bleeding index and gingival index scores of both groups were lower than thoes before treatment,and the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the tooth biting force of both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was greater than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the Visual Analogue Score of pain in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Vitapex paste combined with one-time root canal therapy can effectively improve the short-term and long-term efficacy of patients with acute pulpitis,improve the masticatory function of patients and reduce their pain.
