序贯式心理护理联合持续性呼吸练习指导对胸腔镜肺癌手术患者负性情绪及肺功能指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨序贯式心理护理联合持续性呼吸练习指导对胸腔镜肺癌手术患者负性情绪及肺功能指标的影响。方法选择2022年6月—2023年8月枣庄市峄城区人民医院收治的80例行胸腔镜手术的肺癌患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用序贯式心理护理联合持续性呼吸练习指导,两组均干预1个月。比较两组的负性情绪、肺功能指标及生存质量。结果护理后,观察组抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表评分分别为(43.21±2.16)分、(40.51±2.06)分,均低于对照组的(48.22±2.79)分、(45.26±2.12)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、用力肺活量(FVC)均大于对照组,FEV_(1)/FVC高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组中文版世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表各个维度评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论序贯式心理护理联合持续性呼吸练习指导可减轻胸腔镜肺癌手术患者负性情绪,改善呼吸功能,提高生存质量。Objective To explore the effects of sequential psychological nursing combined with continuous breathing exercise guidance on negative emotions and pulmonary function indicators in patients undergoing thoracoscopic lung cancer surgery.Methods A total of 80 lung cancer patients who underwent thoracoscopic surgery in Yicheng District People's Hospital,Zaozhuang City from June 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects.they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given sequential psychological nursing combined with continuous breathing exercise guidance,both groups were intervened for 1 month.The negative emotions,lung function indicators and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of Self-Rating Depression Scale and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale of the observation group were(43.21±2.16)points and(40.51±2.06)points,respectively,which were lower than(48.22±2.79)points and(45.26±2.12)points of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV_(1)),forced vital capacity(FVC)of the observation group were greater than those of the control group,and FEV_(1)/FVC was higher than that of in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of all dimensions of the Chinese version of the World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale-Brief Version form in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sequential psychological nursing combined with continuous breathing exercise guidance can reduce the negative emotions of patients undergoing thoracoscopic lung cancer surgery,improve respiratory function and quality of life.
