摘　　要：文章基于精气神三位一体探讨艾滋病。精气神可分不可离,乃人身三宝,“上药三品,神与气精”,精气神是维护健康,促进康复的真正药物,中药发挥治疗作用的也是通过中药药性的升降浮沉、寒热温凉去调整人体气机,促进人体一气周流,帮助恢复人体内精气神的正常流转。故人体精气神充足,正气不亏,则邪自去。本文试从精气神角度探讨艾滋病的发病与治疗,其发病为邪伏于精,中气受损,神识不安,其治疗当保精、养气、安神三者同时进行,精气神同调。精气神的圆融流转即是恢复人体阴阳平衡的治病方式,人体正气不亏,则邪不可侵,可延缓艾滋病的发病进程。This review discusses the theory of AIDS based on the trinity of Essence,Qi,and Shen.Essence,Qi,and Shen can not be separated,is the three treasures of the human body.“Shen,Qi and essence are three first-class drugs”.Essence,Qi,and Shen is the medicine for the human body.Traditional Chinese medicine can adjust the human's qi by using the ascending,descending,floating and sinking of the medicinal nature and four-property theory,so as to promote the human body's circulation,and the human body's vitality is sufficient.Therefore,the human body Essence,Qi,and Shen is sufficient,and the healthy qi is not deficient,then the evil will go.This review discuss the incidence and treatment of AIDS based on the theory of Essence,Qi,and Shen.The incidence is evil lying in essence,the damage of qi and the uneasiness of spirit.The treatment should be carried out at the same time with essence preservation,qi and spirit calming.The circulation of the spirit of harmony is to restore the balance of Yin and Yang of the human body,the human body is not deficient,the evil can not invade,can delay the onset of AIDS.
