摘  要:本研究旨在探讨六字诀功法在情志养生中的实际应用与作用机制。通过文献研究和机制分析,总结了六字诀在情志调养方面的具体应用,并探讨了其中的作用机制。六字诀的练习可以显著减轻焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪,并提升总体情绪健康水平。其通过调节脏腑阴阳平衡及交感与副交感神经系统等,实现了放松心情、平衡情绪的作用。六字诀作为一种简便易行的养生方法,可以广泛应用于现代情志养生领域,为人们的心理健康提供新的选择。The purpose of this study was to explore the practical application and mechanism of the six-character technique in emotional health preservation.Through literature research and mechanism analysis,the specific application of the six-character formula in emotional conditioning is summarized,and the mechanism of action is discussed.The practice of the six-character formula can significantly reduce negative emotions such as anxiety and depression,and improve overall emotional well-being.It relaxes and balances emotions by regulating the balance of yin and yang in the viscera and the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems.As a simple and easy health care method,the six-character formula can be widely used in the field of modern emotional health care,providing a new choice for people's mental health.
