摘 要:目的:分析血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(Neuron-Specific Enolase,NSE)与胃泌素释放肽前体(Progastrin-Releasing Peptide,ProGRP)、前白蛋白(Prealbumin,preALB)在肺癌患者化疗敏感性预测中的作用。方法:选取2022年4月至2024年3月期间在本院接受化疗治疗的肺癌患者83例作为研究对象。根据疗效不同,将患者分为疾病控制组(75例)和疾病未控制组(8例)。分析比较83例肺癌患者化疗前后的血清NSE、ProGRP、preALB水平。比较不同疗效组的一般资料及血清NSE、ProGRP、preALB水平。采用多元线性回归分析影响肺癌患者化疗敏感性的危险因素。结果:较化疗前,肺癌患者化疗后的血清NSE、ProGRP均明显下降(P<0.05);但化疗前后,肺癌患者的血清preALB水平无显著差异。疾病控制组与疾病未控制组的年龄、性别、病理类型、TNM分期比较,均无显著差异;疾病控制组的血清NSE、ProGRP水平均明显低于疾病未控制组,preALB水平明显高于疾病未控制组(P<0.05)。经多元线性回归分析可知,血清NSE高、ProGRP水平高、preALB水平低是影响肺癌患者化疗敏感性的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:NSE和ProGRP在肺癌患者化疗敏感性预测中具有重要价值;而preALB在肺癌患者化疗敏感性预测中的作用相对有限。Objective:To investigate the role of serum neuron-specific enolase(NSE),gastrin-releasing peptide precursor(ProGRP)and prealbumin(preALB)in the prediction of chemotherapy sensitivity in patients with lung cancer.Methods:83 patients with lung cancer who received chemotherapy in our hospital from April 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects.According to the different curative effects,the patients were divided into disease control group(75 cases)and disease ncon-ontrol group(8 cases).The serum levels of NSE,ProGRP and preALB were compared in 83 patients with lung cancer before and after chemotherapy.The general data and serum levels of NSE,ProGRP and preALB in different therapeutic groups were compared.Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the risk factors affecting chemotherapy sensitivity in patients with lung cancer.Results:The serum levels of NSE and ProGRP were significantly decreased after chemotherapy(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in serum preALB level of lung cancer patients before and after chemotherapy(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in age,sex,pathological type and TNM stage between control group and non-control group(P>0.05).The serum levels of NSE and ProGRP in the disease control group were significantly lower than those in the disease control group,and the level of preALB was significantly higher than that in the disease control group(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the increase of serum NSE and ProGRP levels and the decrease of preALB levels were the risk factors affecting chemotherapy sensitivity of lung cancer patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:NSE and ProGRP play an important role in predicting chemotherapy sensitivity of lung cancer patients.The role of preALB in predicting chemotherapy sensitivity of lung cancer patients is relatively limited.
