胃癌患者组织中PD-L1、FBXW7、HER2表达水平与临床病理特征的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:分析PD-L1、FBXW7、HER2在胃癌患者组织中的表达情况及和临床病理特征的关系。方法:分析本院2023年1月至2023年12月收治的143例胃癌患者的临床资料,比较各项临床指标。结果:胃癌组织中PD-L1、HER2阳性表达率高于癌旁组织;FBXW7表达率低于癌旁组织;相比中高分化、TNM分期Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、浸润程度T1-2、淋巴结未转移的胃癌患者,低分化、TNM分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、浸润程度T3-4、淋巴结转移的胃癌患者PD-L1、HER2阳性表达率更高;FBXW7阳性表达率更低(均P<0.05)。采用Spearman分析显示,胃癌组织中PD-L1、HER2表达与肿瘤分化程度、浸润程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移呈正相关;FBXW7的表达与肿瘤分化程度、浸润程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移呈负相关(均P<0.05)。结论:胃癌组织中PD-L1、HER2、FBXW7均异常表达,且与临床病理特征存在关系,可通过检测相关指标辅助判断病情及预后。Objective:To analyze the expression of PD-L1,FBXW7 and HER2 in gastric cancer tissues and their relationship with clinicopathological features.Methods:The clinical data of 143 patients with gastric cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were analyzed and the clinical indicators were compared.Results:The positive expression rates of PD-L1 and HER2 in gastric cancer tissues were higher than those in adjacent tissues.The expression rate of FBXW7 was lower than that of adjacent tissues.The positive expression rates of PD-L1 and HER2 in gastric cancer patients with poorly differentiated,TNM stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ,infiltration degree T3-4 and lymph node metastasis were higher than those in gastric cancer patients with moderate to high differentiation,TNM stage Ⅰ~Ⅱ,infiltration degree T1-2 and lymph node non-metastasis.The positive expression rate of FBXW7 was lower(all P<0.05).Spearman analysis showed that the expression of PD-L1 and HER2 in gastric cancer tissues was positively correlated with tumor differentiation,infiltration,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis.The expression of FBXW7 was negatively correlated with tumor differentiation,invasion,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis(all P<0.05).Conclusion:PD-L1,HER2 and FBXW7 are abnormally expressed in gastric cancer tissues,and are related to clinicopathological features.The condition and prognosis can be judged by detecting relevant indicators.
