摘 要:目的:探讨以学生发展为中心,课前课中课后贯通、理论实践考核贯通、线上线下学习贯通的“一中心三贯通”整合式教学在药理学教学中应用。方法:选取2023年学习药理学的药学专业学生作为研究对象,2个班按传统模式教学,2个班按“一中心三贯通”的整合式新模式教学,即在课程内容板块、教学方式、考核方式、学习方式上进行了改革,传统教学组则按传统教学方式执行,两组教学内容一致,最终以学生综合成绩和满意度调查表评价教学效果。结果:与传统教学组比较,新模式教学组考试平均分为85.19,有明显提高。新模式教学组综合考核部分考试平均分为27.64,传统模式教学组平均分20.98,与传统模型教学组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),调查表结果显示新教学模式得到了普遍认同,非常满意和满意超过90%。结论:“一中心三贯通”的整合式教学有效地改善了药理学教学中学生不愿学、能力培养差等痛点,值得推广应用。Objective:To discuss the application of"one center and three penetrations"integrated teaching in pharmacology teaching,which focuses on student development,integrates pre-class,in-class,and post-class activities,combines theoretical and practical assessments,and integrates online and offline learning.Method:Pharmacy students who will study pharmacology in 2023 were selected as the research subjects.Two classes were taught according to the traditional model,while two classes were taught according to the integrated new model of"one center and three connections".That is,reforms were made in the content of the course,teaching methods,assessment methods,and learning methods.The traditional teaching group was taught according to traditional teaching methods.The two groups had the same teaching content,and the teaching effectiveness was evaluated by the students'comprehensive scores and satisfaction survey.Results:Compared with the traditional teaching group,the average score of the new model teaching group was 85.19,which was significantly improved.The average score of the comprehensive assessment part of the new model teaching group was 27.64,while the average score of the traditional model teaching group was 20.98,which was statistically significant compared with the traditional model teaching group(P<0.05).The survey results showed that the new teaching model was generally recognized,with more than 90%of respondents being very satisfied or satisfied.Conclusion:The integrated teaching method of"one center and three connections"effectively improves the pain points of students'unwillingness to learn and poor ability cultivation in pharmacology teaching,and is worthy of promotion and application.
