摘  要:以无醛刨花板素板和三聚氰胺浸渍胶膜纸饰面无醛刨花板为研究对象,分别将板材置于温湿度20℃/60%、20℃/90%、35℃/60%和35℃/90%环境中,探讨温度、湿度和饰面纸对板材尺寸稳定性(长度、宽度、厚度)、质量及力学性能的影响,分析板式家具的“胀尺”机制。结果表明,温度和湿度对板材胀尺均有一定的影响,其中湿度对板材胀尺的影响更大,而饰面纸则可以显著延缓板材胀尺的发生。In order to analyze the"dimensional increase"mechanism of panel furniture,this study investigates the effects of temperature,humidity and impregnated paper on the dimensional stability(length,width,thickness,mass)and mechanical properties of the panel.Taking formaldehyde-free particleboard and decorated particleboard as the research objects,the boards were placed in an environment of 20℃/60%humidity,20℃/90%humidity,35℃/60%humidity and 35℃/90%humidity respectively.The results showed that both temperature and humidity had an impact on the particalboards'dimensional increase,and humidity had a greater impact on the particalboards'dimensional increase.The decorated paper could significantly delay the particalboards'dimensional increase.
