摘  要:在AI(人工智能)时代背景下,高校青年教师发展面临新挑战与新机遇,外在表现为知识能力结构的重塑,内在指向为价值观与思维方式的转型。基于高校青年教师发展的内涵变化,高校青年教师发展理念须实现从“以教为本”向“以学为本”的根本性转变,确立育人为本、创新驱动、技术赋能、协同发展的新理念。以新理念为引领,从人机协同、课程再造、教师共同体等方面综合施策,系统推进高校青年教师发展路径的构建与拓展。In the AI era,the development of young university teachers is confronted with new challenges and opportunities.Externally,it is manifested in the remodeling of the knowledge and ability structure;internally,it points to the transformation of values and thinking modes.Based on the changing connotation of the development of young university teachers,the development concept of young university teachers needs to achieve a fundamental shift from“teaching-oriented”to“learning-oriented”,and establish a new concept of“student-centered,innovation-driven,technology-enabled,and collaborative development”.Guided by the new concept,it is necessary to implement comprehensive measures from aspects such as human-machine collaboration,curriculum reengineering,and teacher communities to systematically promote the path unfolding of the development of young university teachers.
