新文科视域下的高校金融专业产学研一体化教学模式探析

摘　　要：新文科视域下的产学研一体化教学模式是指整合高校、企业和科研机构的资源和优势,形成理论与实践、创新与应用相结合的教育体系。该模式有利于缩小传统教育与行业需求之间的差距,为社会输出高素质的金融专业人才。当前高校金融专业教育在实际应用能力、实践教学资源、跨学科思维能力和教学评价等方面还存在不足。为此,有必要围绕教学内容设计、教学模式创新、多维教学评价等方面,构建产学研一体化教学模式,推动学生综合素养的全面提升。The industry-university-research integrated teaching model from the perspective of new liberal arts refers to the integration of resources and advantages of universities,enterprises,and research institutions,forming an education system that combines theory and practice,innovation and application,aiming to narrow the gap between traditional education and industry demand,and output high-quality professionals in finance to society.There are shortcomings of current finance education in practical application ability,practical teaching resources,interdisciplinary thinking ability,and teaching evaluation in universities.To this end,it is necessary to construct an industry-university-research integrated teaching model around teaching content design,teaching model innovation,and multi-dimensional evaluation system,in order to promote the overall improvement of students’comprehensive quality.
