摘  要:为揭示啮合冲击与摩擦对齿轮副传动特性的影响规律,基于啮入冲击理论提出一种受载齿轮副转速计算方法,准确求解齿轮副时变转速变化情况。构建齿轮副啮入冲击数学模型,结合势能法得到线外啮合刚度,进而确定啮合齿对的齿面载荷。根据齿面油膜润滑状态,计算时变摩擦因数和摩擦力。最后,建立时变转速解析计算模型,阐明受载齿轮副转速周期性变化机制,并对齿轮副进行动态接触有限元分析。结果表明:线外啮合阶段主动轮转速呈先增大后减小的变化规律,从动轮转速突增,之后非线性减小;线内啮合阶段,主从动轮转速在理论值附近波动且波动幅值较小。数值分析与解析计算结果良好吻合,验证了解析算法的合理性。In order to reveal the influence of meshing impact and friction on the transmission characteristics of gear pairs,a method for calculating the rotational speed of loaded gear pairs was proposed based on the theory of meshing impact,and the time-varying speed changes of gear pairs was accurately solved.The mathematical model for meshing impact of gear pairs was constructed;the out-of-line meshing stiffness was obtained by potential energy method,and then the tooth surface load on the meshing teeth was determined.According to the lubrication state of the tooth surface oil film,the time-varying friction coefficient and friction force were calculated.Finally,the analytical calculation model for the time-varying rotational speed of gear pairs was established to clarify the periodic change mechanism of the rotational speed of the loaded gear pairs,and the dynamic contact finite element analysis of the gear pair was performed.The results show that the rotational speed of the driving gear increases first and then decreases in the out-of-line engagement stage,while the driven gear speed increases suddenly and then decrease nonlinearly.During in-line meshing,the rotational speeds of the driving and driven gears fluctuate near the theoretical values with smaller amplitude.The numerical analysis results are in good agreement with the analytical calculations,confirming the validity of the analytical algorithm.
