摘　　要：讨论ICU日记的作用及价值,分析ICU日记的形式及内容。采用内容分析法对ICU日记进行整理分析。归纳出患者治疗情况、家属对患者爱的体现、家属内心复杂的情感交织、患者情绪的反应性变化、医护视角下内心的情感体验及感受5个主题和17个亚主题。ICU日记主要围绕患者疾病变化、患者及家属情绪反应、医护人员情感等方面进行描述,记录患者在ICU期间的疾病转归和重症经历,构建患者重症期间疾病的发展轨迹,帮助患者更好地理解重症创伤经历,能够给患者及家属提供一份心理支持,在减轻患者及家属焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪方面具有重要意义。This study discussed the role and value of ICU diaries and analyzed their forms and contents.Using content analysis,ICU diaries were systematically reviewed,leading to the identification of 5 themes and 17 sub-themes:patients'treatment progress,expressions of love from family members,the complex emotions experienced by families,patients'reactive emotional changes,and the emotional experiences of medical staffs from their perspective.ICU diaries mainly describe the disease changes of patients,the emotional reactions of patients and their families,the emotions of medical staffs.They document the trajectory of illness progression and critical care experiences during ICU stays,helping patients understand and process their critical illness trauma.These diaries provide psychological support to both patients and their families,significantly alleviating anxiety,depression,and other negative emotions.
