摘  要:跆拳道动作简洁快速,观赏性极佳,且学习周期较短,易于掌握。跆拳道教学不仅重视技术训练,同时也重视对忍耐、谦逊以及坚忍不拔等品质的培养,因此,越来越多的儿童开始学习跆拳道。通过研究发现,跆拳道运动对6—8岁儿童的心理韧性培养也起到了一定作用,并且在儿童跆拳道训练中加入“大带小”活动,能更好地提升6—8岁儿童的心理韧性。Taekwondo is characterized by simple and fast movements,excellent viewing ability,short learning cycles,and easy mastery of basic skills.Taekwondo teaching not only emphasizes technical training,but also emphasizes the cultivation of qualities such as patience,humility,and fortitude.Therefore,more and more children are starting to train in Taekwondo.The research shows that taekwondo sports also play a certain role in cultivating children's resilience,and adding the"Older with Younger"activity in children's taekwondo training can more significantly enhance children's resilience.
