摘  要:为了快速、有效地对发电厂锅炉温度展开远程控制,提出5G工控网络下发电厂锅炉温度远程控制方法。首先,采用FPGA芯片对发电厂锅炉的温度数据展开感知,获取锅炉温度数据;然后,将感知数据通过5G工控网络传输至私有云,并利用卡尔曼滤波方法对感知数据进行处理,以获取低误差、高精度的温度数据;最后,采用模糊控制算法设计模糊PID控制器,利用5G工控网络将高精度温度数据传输至控制器中。提取模糊PID控制的三个模糊控制变量,对其展开模糊化、模糊推理、去模糊化等处理,获取最终的输出控制量,完成发电厂锅炉温度远程控制。实验结果表明,所提方法在对发电厂锅炉温度展开远程控制时具有较高的控制稳定性、控制精度与数据传输性能。In order to quickly and effectively carry out remote control of boiler temperature in power plants,a remote control method for boiler temperature in power plants under 5G industrial control network is proposed.Firstly,FPGA chips are used to perceive the temperature data of power plant boilers and obtain boiler temperature data;Then,the perception data is transmited to the private cloud through a 5G industrial control network,and the Kalman filtering method is used to process the perception data to obtain low error and high-precision temperature da-ta;Finally,a fuzzy PID controller is designed using a fuzzy control algorithm,and high-precision temperature data is transmitted to the con-troller using a 5G industrial control network.Extract three fuzzy control variables from fuzzy PID control,perform fuzzification,fuzzy infer-ence,and de fuzzification processing on them,obtain the final output control quantity,and complete remote control of boiler temperature in power plants.The experimental results show that the proposed method has high control stability,control accuracy,and data transmission per-formance in remote control of boiler temperature in power plants.
