摘　　要：随着青霉素、喹诺酮类等多种抗生素被频繁用于治疗各种细菌感染性疾病,致使多数病菌产生了耐药性,故西药在抗菌方面具有一定的局限性。我国天然产物资源丰富,多种中草药成分均具有抗菌消炎的作用,毒副作用少,并且目前尚未发现细菌对中药有明显的耐药性,与西药相比,中药具有一定的优势。近年来,越来越多的研究表明,中药在治疗耐药菌感染方面具有很好的疗效和广阔的应用前景,引起学术界和医药界的广泛关注。收集整理了国内外相关文献,分别从中药及其活性成分调节细菌耐药机制、中药单药抑制耐药菌的作用及中药与抗生素联合作用逆转细菌耐药性等方面展开阐述,为治疗耐药菌引起的感染性疾病的中药研发提供参考。With the frequent use of penicillin,quinolones and other antibiotics in the treatment of various bacterial infectious diseases,most bacteria have developed resistance,so western medicine has certain limitations in antibacterial.China has abundant natural product resources,and various Chinese herbal ingredients have antibacterial and antiinflammatory effects with few toxic side effects.Currently,no bacteria have been found to have significant resistance to traditional Chinese medicine.Compared with Western medicine,traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages.In recent years,an increasing number of studies have shown that traditional Chinese medicine has good therapeutic effects and broad application prospects in treating drug-resistant bacterial infections,which has attracted widespread attention from the academic and pharmaceutical communities.The relevant literature at home and abroad was collected and sorted out from the aspects of Chinese medicine and its active ingredients regulating the mechanism of bacterial resistance,the role of Chinese medicine alone in inhibiting drug-resistant bacteria,and the combined effect of Chinese medicine and antibiotics in reversing bacterial resistance,to provide reference for the research and development of Chinese medicine for treating infectious diseases caused by drug-resistant bacteria.
