摘　　要：微种植钉与上颌快速扩弓活动矫治器联合使用在成人上颌扩弓治疗中取得了显著进展。这一技术可更快速有效扩大上颌牙弓横向宽度,腭中缝在冠状面上表现出更高水平的开展效应,支抗牙颊倾和牙槽骨板倾斜弯曲副作用减少。微种植钉的应用突破了传统上颌快速扩弓的年龄限制,适用于更多成人患者,可在非手术条件下有效打开上颌周围骨缝结构,将上颌骨及周围邻近组织作一整体发生软硬组织适应性改建,鼻腔宽度及上气道容积得以增大,并在一定程度上比单纯应用传统上颌快速扩弓更具稳定性。本综述旨在系统总结微种植钉辅助成人上颌快速扩弓的研究进展,分析其在临床应用中的优势与局限性,探讨其对成人患者的治疗效果,以期为临床医生提供科学依据和参考,推动该技术在临床上的广泛应用和进一步研究。The combination of microimplant nail and maxillary rapid expansion mobile appliance has made remarkable progress in the treatment of maxillary expansion in adults.This technique can expand the transverse width of the maxillary arch more quickly and effectively,and the palatine suture shows a more horizontal development effect on the coronal plane,and the side effects of the buccal inclination and the oblique bending of the alveolar bone plate are reduced.The application of micro-implant nails breaks through the age limit of traditional rapid maxillary arch expansion and is suitable for more adult patients,it can effectively open the suture structure around the maxilla under non-surgical conditions,and make the maxilla and surrounding tissues as a whole to undergo adaptive remodeling of soft and hard tissues,thereby increasing the width of the nasal cavity and the volume of the upper airway,and to some extent,it is more stable than the traditional rapid maxillary extension.The purpose of this review is to systematically summarize the research progress of micro-implant nail assisted rapid maxillary arch expansion in adults,analyze its advantages and limitations in clinical application,and discuss its therapeutic effect on adult patients,in order to provide scientific basis and reference for clinicians,and promote the wide application and further research of this technology in clinical practice.
