摘  要:煤粉锅炉运行主要依靠燃煤来提供运行动力,燃煤导致质量直接关系到锅炉稳定运行。如果燃煤水分过高,会导致煤炭燃烧不充分,出现落煤槽堵塞问题,增加锅炉系统安全事故出现几率,影响到生产活动顺利进行。因此,主要围绕燃煤水分过高问题进行分析,探究对煤粉锅炉运行的负面影响,并提出解决措施,旨在为生产实践提供参考支持。Pulverized coal boiler operation,mainly rely on coal to provide operating power,coal quality is directly related to the stable operation of the boiler.Due to the operation of pulverized coal boiler requires a large amount of coal resources to support,if the coal water is too high,it will affect the full combustion of coal,the problem of coal drop tank blockage,increase the probability of boiler system safety accidents,affecting the smooth progress of production activities.Therefore,this paper mainly analyzes the problem of excessive coal water content in pulverized coal boilers,explores the negative impact on boiler operation,and summarizes a series of auxiliary practices to solve the problem,aiming to provide reference support for production practice.
