摘　　要：目的:探究一次性根管治疗术中应用不同材料封闭根管治疗牙髓炎的临床效果。方法:选取北京水利医院2024年1—5月收治的牙髓炎患者90例为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组采用碘仿根充糊剂实施根管治疗,观察组采用AH-Plus根管封闭剂实施根管治疗。对比两组疗效、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分以及龈沟液中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平。结果:与对照组相比,观察组临床总有效率较高(P=0.046)。治疗前,两组VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后24、48、72 h,两组VAS评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组TNF-α及hs-CRP水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组TNF-α及hs-CRP水平降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用AH-Plus根管封闭剂在牙髓炎患者一次性根管治疗术中实施封闭根管治疗具有显著优势,不仅能够提高治疗效果,还能有效缓解术后疼痛和减轻术后炎症。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of occlusive root canal with different materials in one-time root canal treatment of pulpitis.Methods:A total of ninety patients with pulpitis treated in Beijing Water Conservancy Hospital from January to May 2024 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with forty-five cases in each group.The control group reveived root canal treatment using iodoform root paste,and the observation group reveived root canal treatment using AH-Plus root canal sealant.The therapeutic effect,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score and the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in gingival crevicular fluid were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.046).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).At 24,48 and 72 h after operation,VAS scores of both groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of TNF-αand hs-CRP between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-αand hs-CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of AH-Plus root canal sealant in one-time root canal therapy for pulpitis patients has significant advantages,which can not only improve the therapeutic effect,but also effectively relieve postoperative pain and reduce postoperative inflammation.
