摘　　要：目的:探讨鼓圈音乐治疗慢性精神分裂症患者的效果。方法:选取2021年3月—2022年4月广西壮族自治区脑科医院收治的106例慢性精神分裂症患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组(n=53,单用奥氮平治疗)、观察组(n=53,奥氮平、鼓圈音乐联合治疗)。比较两组行为障碍情况、社会功能、自尊水平、治疗依从性。结果:治疗后,两组积极因素评分升高,消极因素评分降低,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组日常活动能力、主动性和交往情况、社会性活动和技能评分升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组自尊量表评分升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组自知力及治疗态度问卷评分高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:鼓圈音乐治疗慢性精神分裂症的效果较好,可改善患者的行为障碍,提高社会功能、自尊水平及治疗依从性。Objective:To explore the effect of drum circle music on chronic schizophrenia patients.Methods:A total of one hundred and six patients with chronic schizophrenia admitted to Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Brain Hospital from March 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(n=53,treated with olanzapine alone)and observation group(n=53,treated with olanzapine combined with drum circle music)by random number table method.Behavior disorder,social function,self-esteem and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the score of positive factors increased and the score of negative factors decreased,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of daily activity ability,initiative and communication,social activity and skill of two groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Self-esteem Scale increased in both groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of Self-awareness and Treatment Attitude Questionnaire in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:Drum circle music has a good effect in the treatment of chronic schizophrenia,which can improve the behavior disorder of patients,improve the level of social function,self-esteem and treatment compliance.
