奥美拉唑联合铝碳酸镁治疗胃溃疡合并胃出血的临床效果探讨

摘　　要：目的:探究奥美拉唑联合铝碳酸镁治疗胃溃疡合并胃出血的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月复旦大学附属中山医院青浦分院收治的92例胃溃疡合并胃出血患者,根据随机数字抽样法分为观察组(46例)和对照组(46例)。对照组实施奥美拉唑治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加铝碳酸镁治疗,对比两组胃黏膜形态学评分、疗效、症状消退时间、不良反应发生率、生活质量。结果:治疗后,两组炎性细胞浸润程度、黏膜厚度、黏膜形态和腺体密度评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.015);观察组反酸嗳气、腹胀腹痛、上腹部灼烧感、便血消退时间短于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组健康调查简表评分升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:奥美拉唑联合铝碳酸镁治疗有助于胃黏膜修复,能够促进溃疡病灶愈合以及黏膜损伤修复,可提高患者的生活质量,安全高效。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of omeprazole combined with aluminum magnesium carbonate in the treatment of gastric ulcer complicated with gastric bleeding.Methods:Ninety-two patients with gastric ulcer complicated with gastric bleeding admitted to Qingpu Branch of Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into observation group(46 cases)and control group(46 cases)according to random number sampling method.The control group was treated with omeprazole,and the observation group was treated with aluminum magnesium carbonate.The score of gastric mucosa morphology,curative effect,time of symptom resolution,incidence of adverse reactions and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the inflammatory cell infiltration degree,mucosal thickness,mucosal morphology and glandular density scores of both groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.015).The time of regurgitation,abdominal distension and abdominal pain,burning sensation in upper abdomen and blood in stool in observation group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the Health Survey Short Form score of the two groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Omeprazole combined with aluminum magnesium carbonate is helpful for gastric mucosal repair,can promote ulcer lesion healing and mucosal damage repair,and can improve patients'quality of life,safety and efficiency.
