米曲菌胰酶联合达立通颗粒治疗功能性消化不良的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:观察米曲菌胰酶联合达立通颗粒治疗功能性消化不良的临床效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年12月西宁市第一人民医院收治的90例功能性消化不良患者作为研究对象,以抽签法随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用米曲菌胰酶联合达立通颗粒治疗。对比两组治疗效果、临床症状评分、胃肠动力指标、胃肠激素水平。结果:与对照组相比,观察组总有效率较高(P=0.035);治疗后,两组腹痛腹胀、食欲不振、嗳气、早饱评分降低,观察组较对照组低(P<0.05);治疗后,两组胃排空率、胃窦收缩次数、胃体蠕动次数升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组胃动素、胃泌素、P物质水平升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:米曲菌胰酶与达立通颗粒联合治疗能够缓解功能性消化不良患者腹痛腹胀、嗳气、早饱等症状,并能提高胃肠动力及胃肠激素水平。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Aspergillus oryzae pancreatic enzyme combined with Dalitong granules in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods:A total of 90 patients with functional dyspepsia admitted to Xining First People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group by lottery method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,and the observation group was treated with Aspergillus oryzae pancreatic enzyme combined with Dalitong granules on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,clinical symptom score,gastrointestinal motility index,and gastrointestinal hormone level were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher(P=0.035).After treatment,the scores of abdominal pain,abdominal distension,loss of appetite,belching,and early satiety in the two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the gastric emptying rate,number of antral contractions,and number of gastric body peristalsis in the two groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of motilin,gastrin,and substance P in the two groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined treatment of Aspergillus oryzae pancreatic enzyme and Dalitong granules can relieve the symptoms of abdominal pain,bloating,belching,early satiety,etc.in patients with functional dyspepsia,and can improve gastrointestinal motility and gastrointestinal hormone levels.
