示教与反示教的健康教育模式在规范含漱预防化疗后口腔黏膜炎中的应用效果

摘  要:目的:探讨示教与反示教的健康教育模式在规范含漱预防化疗后口腔黏膜炎中的效果。方法:选取2023年3—8月入住南宁市第一人民医院血液内科化疗的118例血液肿瘤患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(59例)和观察组(59例)。对照组采用传统健康教育模式,观察组采用示教与反示教的健康教育模式。比较两组口腔黏膜炎发生情况和规范含漱知识掌握情况。结果:观察组口腔黏膜炎发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.047);两组口腔黏膜炎严重程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.361)。观察组规范含漱知识掌握率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.015)。结论:示教与反示教的新型健康教育方法可提高化疗患者规范含漱知识掌握程度,降低化疗后口腔黏膜炎的发生率,对化疗导致的口腔黏膜炎有预防效果。Objective:To explore the effect of health education model of teaching and anti-teaching in the prevention of oral mucositis after chemotherapy with standardized gargling.Methods:A total of one hundred and eighteen patients with hematologic tumors admitted to the Department of Hematology of the First People's Hospital of Naning from March to August 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(59 cases)and observation group(59 cases)according to random number table method.The control group adopted the traditional health education mode,and the observation group adopted the teaching and anti-teaching health education mode.The occurrence of oral mucositis and the mastery of standard gargling knowledge were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of oral mucositis in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.047).There was no significant difference in the severity of oral mucositis between the two groups(P=0.361).The mastery rate of normative gargling knowledge in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.015).Conclusion:The new health education methods of teaching and anti-teaching can improve the mastery of standard gargaric knowledge of chemotherapy patients,reduce the incidence of oral mucositis after chemotherapy,and have preventive effect on oral mucositis caused by chemotherapy.
