摘　　要：目的了解我国部分省区市医学物理师职称体系现状和存在问题,为我国医学物理师职称体系的建立提供参考和建议。方法通过对14个省(自治区、直辖市)的23家医院医学物理师代表进行个人深入访谈,调查内容涉及所在医院医学物理师规模、职称评审聘任现状及存在的问题,并提出解决方案和建议。结果根据访谈,各医院医学物理师无统一的职称系列,医学物理师职称晋升存在研究系列职称晋升难度大、工程或技师系列职称评审专家非本领域同行等问题,医学物理师在部分医院易被忽视,国内培养医学物理师无专门的学科依托。结论建议增设独立的医学物理师职称体系或技师系列增加医学物理专业,建议解决医学物理学科依托和教师资格问题。Objective To understand the current status and problems of the professional title system of medical physicists in some provinces,autonomous regions and cities in China,and to provide reference and suggestions for the establishment of the professional title system of medical physicists in China.Methods The representatives of medical physicists from 23 hospitals in 14 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government)were interviewed in depth.The survey covered the scale of medical physicists,the current status of professional title evaluation and appointment,and existing problems.Results According to the interviews,there was no unified title series for medical physicists in various hospitals,there were problems such as the difficulty of title promotion for medical physicists in the research series,the experts in title evaluation for engineering or technician series were not peers in their own fields,medical physicists were easily neglected in some hospitals,and there were no specialized disciplines to rely on for the training of medical physicists in China.Conclusion It is recommended to set up an independent title system for medical physicists or to increase the number of medical physics specialties in the technician series,and it is recommended to solve the problems of medical physics disciplinary support and teachers'qualifications.
