摘　　要：干部是新时期公立医院高质量发展的“关键力量”,在全面加强公立医院党的建设的大形势下,如何处理好党建与业务的关系,畅通职业发展路径,推动党务干部与业务干部的双向奔赴与互动交流,成为公立医院需要思考的命题。本文深入剖析苏州大学附属第二医院党建与业务干部互动培养机制,以期探索行之有效的干部培养途径与方法,为高质量党建引领保障医院新时期高质量发展提供有力的队伍支撑。Cadres are the"key force"for the high-quality development of public hospitals in the new era.Under the general situation of comprehensively strengthening the Party building of public hospitals,how to deal with the relationship between Party building and business,smooth the path of career development,and promote the two-way efforts and interaction between Party cadres and professional cadres has become a proposition that need to be thought about in public hospitals.This paper deeply analyzed the interactive training mechanism of Party building and professional cadres in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University,in order to explore effective ways and methods of cadre training,and provide strong team support for high-quality Party building to lead and guarantee the high-quality development of the hospital in the new era.
