摘 要:目的调查北京市某高校附属医院临床教师数字素养的现状。方法采用方便抽样的方法,对224名调查对象进行问卷调查。结果回收有效问卷224份,有效问卷回收率100%。该附属医院的临床教师数字素养整体水平较高,数字化意识、数字社会责任和数字发展方面较好,但仍有提升空间;教师应更充分地利用数字资源,将其创新性地应用于临床教学;加强和培训临床教师数字素养,提升教师利用数字资源进行学术交流和合作的能力。结论结合临床教师数字素养现状,聚焦存在的问题,建设数字素养持续提升的高水平临床教师队伍。Objective To investigate the digital literacy status of clinical teachers in a university affiliated hospital in Beijing.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 224 subjects by convenient sampling method.Results A total of 224 valid questionnaires were collected,and the effective questionnaire recovery rate was 100%.The overall level of digital literacy of clinical teachers in the affiliated hospital was high,and the digital awareness,digital social responsibility and digital development were fair,but there was still room for improvement.Teachers should make full use of digital resources and apply them innovatively in clinical teaching.The digital literacy of clinical teachers should be strengthened and trained,and the ability of teachers to use digital resources for academic communication and cooperation should be improved.Conclusion Based on the current digital literacy status of clinical teachers,focusing on existing problems,we should build a high-level clinical teacher team with continuous improvement of digital literacy.
