摘　　要：专科医院作为独立二级学院肩负着重要的临床教学任务。本文深入剖析了专科医院在临床教学领域面临的困难与挑战,并以此为出发点,聚焦于选修课建设的契机,通过一系列创新举措,积极探索构建符合专科医院特色的教学模式。通过建立健全教师发展体系、多维度做好师资宣传动员、全面提升教师核心竞争力、优化课程结构等措施,探索符合专科医院特色的教学模式,突破了专科医院在临床教学中的瓶颈,为专科医院的特色教学发展提供了有益的探索。Specialized hospitals as independent secondary colleges shoulder important clinical teaching tasks.This paper provides an in-depth analysis of the difficulties and challenges faced by specialized hospitals in the field of clinical teaching,and takes this as the starting point,focuses on the opportunity of elective course construction,and actively explores the construction of a teaching mode in line with the characteristics of specialized hospitals through a series of innovative initiatives.By establishing a sound faculty development system,doing a good job of faculty promotion and mobilization in multiple dimensions,comprehensively improving the core competitiveness of faculty and optimizing the course structure,we have explored the teaching mode that meets the characteristics of specialist hospitals and breaks through the bottleneck of specialized hospitals in clinical teaching,providing a useful exploration of the development of teaching with special characteristics in specialized hospitals.
