摘　　要：习近平文化思想的出场体现了以习近平同志为主要代表的中国共产党人对文化发展及其建设规律的普遍性认知和创新性发展,其理论创新集中体现在习近平文化思想蕴含的新思想、新观点和新论断。在“文化领导”方面,创造性提出巩固马克思主义在意识形态领域的指导地位和加强党对宣传思想文化工作全面领导的新论断;在“文化自信”方面,对文化自信的战略地位和现实价值作出了新诠解;在“文化创新”方面,从破解“古今中西之争”的视角出发,创造性提出文化“两创”和“两个结合”;在“文化前景”方面,创造性提出促进人民精神生活共同富裕的价值目标和建设中华民族现代文明的使命任务。深刻理解把握习近平文化思想实现的重大理论创新,对于做好新时代宣传思想文化工作具有重要意义。The appearance of Xi Jinping's cultural thought reflects the universal cognition and creative development of the Chinese Communist Party(CCP),mainly represented by Comrade Xi Jinping,on the laws of cultural development and its construction,and its theoretical innovations are centrally embodied in the new ideas,views,and assertions contained in Xi Jinping's cultural thought.In terms of"cultural leadership",it creatively puts forward the new assertion of consolidating the guiding position of Marxism in the field of ideology and strengthening the Party's overall leadership of propaganda,ideology and culture;in terms of"cultural self-confidence",it makes a new interpretation of the strategic position and practical value of cultural self-confidence;and in terms of"cultural confidence",it makes a new interpretation of the strategic position and practical value of cultural self-confidence.In the aspect of"cultural confidence",a new interpretation of the strategic position and practical value of cultural confidence has been made;in the aspect of"cultural innovation",from the perspective of solving the"ancient and modern Chinese and Western disputes",the creative proposal of"two creations"and"two combinations"of culture has been put forward.In terms of"cultural innovation",from the perspective of solving the"ancient,modern,Chinese and western dispute",he creatively put forward the"two creations"and"two combinations"of culture;and in terms of"cultural outlook",he creatively put forward the value goal of promoting the common wealth of the people's spiritual life,and the mission of building a modern civilization for the Chinese nation.It is of great significance to deeply understand and grasp the major theoretical innovations realized by Xi Jinping's cultural thought,so as to do a good job of propaganda and ideological work in the new era.
