铸牢中华民族共同体意识的科学内涵和精神实质

摘　　要：在“两个大局”的时代背景下,习近平总书记提出的铸牢中华民族共同体意识概念具有丰富的科学内涵,可以从语义内涵、语境内涵、理念内涵、功能内涵四个维度深入理解和把握。中华民族共同体意识是中华民族成员对自身所属中华民族共同体的认知、认同基础上生成的归属感和认同感,铸牢中华民族共同体意识既是一个“过程”,也是一种“目标”,旨在把我国各民族构成的中华民族共同体牢牢熔铸一体,引导各族人民牢固树立中华民族共同体意识,增强各族人民对中华民族共有身份和中国国民身份的认同意识和归属意识,其精神实质是增强各族人民的国家认同,价值指向是厚植各族人民的爱国主义情怀。阐释铸牢中华民族共同体意识的内涵和实质,有助于构建科学完备的中华民族共同体理论体系,为铸牢中华民族共同体意识提供理论支撑。The notion of strengthening the sense of community for the Chinese nation,being a composite phrase concept,can be grasped from four aspects:Semantics,contextuality,ideology,and functionality.From the perspective of language composition and semantic connotation,the concept of forging a sense of community among the Chinese nation can be divided into four integral elements:“Forging”,“the Chinese nation”,“the community of the Chinese nation”,and“the sense of community for the Chinese nation”.These elements are combined to form the overall concept of forging a sense of community for the Chinese nation,indicating that the concept of forging a sense of community for the Chinese nation is limited by four semantic dimensions.Here,“forging”assumes the role of a guiding requirement,“the Chinese nation”represents the core content,and“community consciousness”embodies the value orientation,integrating the action,standardization,and functionality of the forging process.The consciousness of the Chinese national community mirrors of the objective manifestation of the Chinese national community in people's minds and is essentially a sense of belonging and identification generated by the members of the Chinese nation in light of their understanding and recognition of the Chinese national community to which they belong.From the perspective of conceptual definition,steering the members of all ethnic peoples in China to firmly espouse the concept of a community where they share honor and disgrace,thick and thin,life and death,and destiny,namely the“Four Shares”concept,clearly defines the core substance of forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.By guiding the people of all ethnic groups to establish the“Four Shares”concept,an unbreakable community for the Chinese nation is formed,thereby achieving the goal of forging a sense of community for the Chinese nation.Strengthening and steering the sense of identity of the members of all ethnic groups towards the community of the Chinese
