摘 要:目的通过收集民航招飞体检中已行角膜屈光矫正术的学生体检鉴定资料,分析招飞体检中角膜屈光矫正术后的淘汰率以及淘汰原因,进一步完善医学检查项目和招飞前宣教,提高招飞体检质量和合格率。方法选取2021年10月至2024年3月在中国民用航空飞行学院医院空勤人员体检鉴定中心参加招飞体检的9365名高三学生作为研究对象,对所有参加招飞体检的学生详细询问病史,进而按照《民用航空招收飞行学生体检鉴定规范》和检测流程对所有学生行裸眼远视力、近视力、中间视力、色觉、外眼、裂隙灯显微镜、眼底检查及散瞳验光等相关检查,并对接受过角膜屈光矫正术的学生要求其提供详细手术资料,最后对其中已行角膜屈光矫正术,且体检鉴定结论为不合格的学生进行统计分析。结果在9365名学生中检出已行角膜屈光矫正术的学生164名,其中体检鉴定结论为不合格者共146人,总淘汰率为1.56%。淘汰率最高的原因依次是角膜屈光矫正术前年龄未满18周岁、角膜屈光矫正术后未满6个月以及角膜屈光矫正术前屈光度超标。结论民航招飞体检人员角膜屈光矫正术后淘汰率较高,应加强术前健康宣教,正确引导学生选择合适的术式,提高角膜屈光矫正术后招飞体检鉴定合格率。Objective By collecting the data of physical examination for civil aviation recruitment of students who have undergone corneal refractive correction,to calculate the elimination rate and to analyze the cause of elimination,thus further improving the medical examinations and pre-recruitment education,as well as enhancing the quality and pass rate of medical examination for flight recruitment.Methods From October 2021 to March 2024,9365 grade 3 of senior high school students who participated in the physical examination for civil aviation recruitment in the Physical Examination Center of Aircraft Crews,the Hospital of Civil Aviation Flight University of China were recruited.All of them were inquired for medical history,and subjected to the examinations of uncorrected distance visual acuity,uncorrected near visual acuity,uncorrected intermediate visual acuity,color vision,external eyes,slit-lamp exam,fundus examination,and cycloplegic refraction according to the Specification for Physical Examination and Appraisal of Civil Aviation Recruiting Flight Students.Those who have undergone corneal refractive correction were required to provide detailed surgical data.Finally,the factors for the students who have undergone corneal refractive correction and did not pass the physical examination for civil aviation recruitment were analyzed.Results Among the 9365 students,164 had undergone corneal refractive surgery,including 146(1.56%)unqualified for the physical examination for civil aviation recruitment.Less than 18 years of age before corneal refraction was the dominant cause of elimination,followed by less than 6 months after corneal refraction,and out of a normal range of diopter before corneal refraction.Conclusion The elimination rate of corneal refractive correction after medical examination in civil aviation recruitment is relatively high.Pre-operative health education should be strengthened to correctly guide students to choose appropriate surgical procedures,and improve the passing rate of physical examination after
