摘　　要：本文以中车石家庄车辆有限公司推进质量基础管理能力提升为导向,在铁路货车行业市场化改革深入推进的背景下,近几年公司持续深化“两个转变”和“三个回归”管理理念,创新实施“4+2”质量革新工程,通过质量责任明确、质量指标驱动、质量计划实施、质量考评保障加质量数字赋能、质量监造通道建立,提升整体质量管理效能,为实现公司年度质量目标夯实基础。This article is guided by the improvement of quality basic management capabilities promoted by CRRC Shijiazhuang Co.,Ltd.In the context of deepening the market-oriented reform of the railway freight car industry,CRRC Shijiazhuang Co.,Ltd continues to deepen the management concepts of"two transformations"and"three returns",and innovatively implements the"4+2"quality innovation projectin recent years.Through clear quality responsibility,quality index driven,quality plan implementation,quality assessment guarantee and quality digital empowerment,quality supervision channel establishment,the company improved the overall quality management efficiency,and laid a solid foundation for achieving the company's annual quality objectives.
